
SMOKEY SALMON AND AVOCADO TARTAR BITES
Ingredients
- ½ Lb. Fresh Grade A “sushi” style Atlantic Salmon chopped into small dice
- 8 oz. Smoked Salmon finely chopped
- 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp. Chipotle Peppers, En Adobo finely chopped
- 2 tsp. Capers liquid removed
- ¼ cup Scallion chopped
- 2 tsp. Pickled Ginger finely chopped
- 1 Tbs. Sesame Oil
- 2 Tbs. EVO
- ½ Avocado small diced
- 24 Edible Cups
- Black Sesame Seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl add the chopped salmon, smoked salmon, Dijon, EVO, sesame oil, chipotle and ginger.
- Using a rubber spatula, gently fold together until the ingredients are well blended.
- Fold in the capers, scallion and avocado.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes.
- Remove from the refrigerator and fill the edible cups with about a tablespoon of the mixture.
- Garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
