Fall Sangria

  • 2 Red Apples (Sliced)
  • 2 Anjou Pears (Sliced)
  • 1 Orange (Sliced)
  • 1 Bottle White Wine (Preferably Chardonnay)
  • 1 Cup Pear Liquer
  • 1 Bottle Apple Cider
  • 3 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 2 Star Anise
  • Tonic Water
  • Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
  • Ice
  1. Add the apples, pears, oranges, star anise, rosemary sprigs, and cinnamon sticks to a large pitcher.

  2. Add the white wine, pear liquer, apple cider, and tonic water. Stir.

  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

  4. When ready, fill glasses with ice and pour sangria into the glasses.

  5. Gently spoon the fruit into the glasses and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

  6. Enjoy!
