Fall Sangria

  • 2 Red Apples Sliced
  • 2 Anjou Pears Sliced
  • 1 Orange Sliced
  • 1 Bottle White Wine Preferably Chardonnay
  • 1 Cup Pear Liquer
  • 1 Bottle Apple Cider
  • 3 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 2 Star Anise
  • Tonic Water
  • Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
  • Ice


  • Add the apples, pears, oranges, star anise, rosemary sprigs, and cinnamon sticks to a large pitcher.
  • Add the white wine, pear liquer, apple cider, and tonic water. Stir.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • When ready, fill glasses with ice and pour sangria into the glasses.
  • Gently spoon the fruit into the glasses and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
  • Enjoy!
