SMOKEY SALMON AND AVOCADO TARTAR BITES

Ingredients
  

  • ½ Lb. Fresh Grade A “sushi” style Atlantic Salmon chopped into small dice
  • 8 oz. Smoked Salmon finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp. Chipotle Peppers, En Adobo finely chopped
  • 2 tsp. Capers liquid removed
  • ¼ cup Scallion chopped
  • 2 tsp. Pickled Ginger finely chopped
  • 1 Tbs. Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tbs. EVO
  • ½ Avocado small diced
  • 24 Edible Cups
  • Black Sesame Seeds (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a small mixing bowl add the chopped salmon, smoked salmon, Dijon, EVO, sesame oil, chipotle and ginger. 
  • Using a rubber spatula, gently fold together until the ingredients are well blended. 
  • Fold in the capers, scallion and avocado. 
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes. 
  • Remove from the refrigerator and fill the edible cups with about a tablespoon of the mixture. 
  • Garnish with sesame seeds.  Enjoy!
