Preheat the oven the 350 degrees. Place the ham in a roasting pan of 9x13 baking dish, cut side down. In a saucepan over medium heat combine the preserves, dijon, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, vanilla and maple extract. Whisk ingredients together and bring to a boil. DO NOT OVER BOIL! Remove from heat and set aside. Brush 1/2 of the glaze over the ham, make sure to get in between the slices, cover and bake according to the instructions on the ham packaging. Remove from the oven and brush a little more glaze on top. Increase the oven temperature to 450 degrees and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes until there’s a nice golden brown layer. Remove and place on a serving platter. Drizzle the remaining glaze over the ham, stud with whole cloves and serve. Enjoy!
